We currently have partnered with a local non-profit located in Portland, OR looking for a contract HR Generalist to assist with a current project. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details. You will be responsible for assisting with employee relations, compliance, supporting the recruiting process, assisting with training, and a range of other HR functions.

Compensation: $25.00-29.00 per/hour

Location: Portland, OR (Working a hybrid remote schedule)

Industry: Non-profit

Duration: Approximately a 4-6-month Contract

Requirements - What Matters Most

  • BA degree in HR
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong HR perspective and ability to assist with employee relations
  • Self-directed and ability to make decisions in a fast pace environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking
  • Adaptable attitude and ensures accountability
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
