Instead of reinventing the wheel, I am looking to see if anybody has already created a spreadsheet that has the appropriate logic built into it for tracking both the paid sick and the extended FMLA provisions for COVID response. If you happen to have devised such a tool, please let me know as I would be curious to utilize this in order to track and calculate these individual yet concurrent leave laws and wage payout components for my organization. (We use a separate timekeeping system from our payroll system.)
