As Talent Acquisition professionals, we tend to look outside first to fill skills gaps. But what if the answer sits right inside the walls of our organization by fully understanding, investing in and developing the talent we already have? This fun and informative program will be an after hours with several expert speakers in a TED talk format over light food, beverage, and networking to discuss the ideas we are hearing. Darrin Murriner, Cofounder & CEO of Cloverleaf, will share how they are democratizing leadership through automated coaching to improve collaboration and productivity across the organization. Then, the government is here to help - at least the state of Ohio! Derek Chancellor from Lt Governor John Husted's Office of Workforce Transformation will share the many programs available to employers - including funding - to build skills in critical areas. Wrapping it all up will be Jim Wulfeck from the Center for Great Work Performance who will speak on developing MVPs in your organization, more specifically how to define, develop, and document job competencies to achieve workforce success in the 21st century.
