I'm looking for a new team member to fill the Sr Plant & HR Representative role at the Timken Gambrinus Roller Plant in Canton, OH. 

This position will spend about half of their time working in HR - payroll, plant liaison, friendly face. The other half will be spent supporting the Quality and Supply Chain managers  with reporting and data analysis. 

I believe someone newer to HR who has experience in payroll and a good eye for data analysis would fit the role well.
