I used David Siler's program to prepare for my SPHR certification and would highly recommend his program. He offers both self-study materials and also an instructor led course. You can find information here: https://www.phrexamprep.com
I also used Victoria Purser's program below to supplement my learning a few weeks before I took the exam.
