Hello, I'm looking for best practices on how to create an Affirmative Action Plan. This is my first year creating a report for my organization. Do you have any advice as to what I would need before I get started and how to gather the data? What tools are you using? Any tutorial sites you've used in the past? What checklist of items do I need? (Applicant log, term log, etc.). Any information would be much appreciated.
