About the Speaker:

Matt Messersmith - Matt is the founder of Signet Screening. He has over twenty years of experience in sales and management where he witnessed the challenges of pre-employment screening.  He founded Signet to address these challenges.  Matt advises businesses and organizations across numerous market segments on how to implement and manage their pre-employment screening programs. He is responsible for business development, product development and legal compliance. His highest priorities are to provide clients with accurate and timely information with best in class customer service so they can make informed hiring decisions. Matt is a member of the National Association of Profession Background Screeners (NAPBS) and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Butler Warren SHRM! He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
