We are working with a Manufacturing Company to transition their organization to high performance teams.  We are looking for one or two people who have deep experience developing teams, designing training, and changing organizational processes in a manufacturing environment.  These positions are ideal for people who are semi-retired.  You would be traveling about twice a month to conduct workshops, coach implementation, and monitor progress.
