The rise of HR analytics has seen a lot of interest, and it’s critical because companies need to see the correlation between investments in human capital and business outcomes. At the same time, analytics is still a new part of the human resources function that many HR professionals are just starting to get comfortable with the growing amount of available data that can be used to tackle unique business challenges. In this HR “How To”, three expert speakers will discuss essential measurements and its impact through the employee work life cycle. Starting with sourcing and selecting stellar talent and continuing through on boarding, engaging, training, development and even separation. This session will help attendees gain a better understanding of the importance of harvesting key employee data and using assessments and analytics to build Competency based job models to gain a competitive advantage in the market. It will help you to better understand the DNA of successful people and appropriately move them through your organization using various HR strategies.
