Hello fellow HR peers! I'm crowdsourcing this network with a resource request that a good friend of mine is in need of. She's on a local non-profit board, and it's time for the executive director's review. The board would like to gather feedback from all board members as well as from employees about the ED's performance. Does anyone have a form or list of questions already in existence that is used for gathering this type of feedback? If so, would you mind sharing? Thanks in advance!
