Presentation Learning Objectives:

1. Understand options for retirement benefits, such as early versus delayed filing, work limits and non-FICA pension interaction with Social Security;
2. Gain awareness of online benefit planning resources, such as interactive benefit calculators, online Retirement Planner, and the new my Social Security account; and, 
3. Become better prepared to explain Medicare enrollment, disability benefits, and other Social Security benefits such as Spouse and Survivor benefits.

Speaker Bio:
Since February 1999, Theresa Busher has served as the public affairs specialist for the Social Security offices of greater Dayton and Springfield. She has worked for the Social Security Administration since 1993, and has experience with all Social Security benefits programs, including retirement, disability and SSI. As a public information specialist, Theresa acts as a Social Security spokesperson, media liaison, and public educator. She resides in Centerville with her husband Ed and their 5 children(ages 7 to 18)
