I am looking for opportunities to job shadow an HR professional in Mason, OH area or Cincinnati area.

I would like to know more about what entails in a job of HR compensation/benefits professional or an HR generalist/specialist professional.

I would love to connect/network with the HR professional and explore more about what the areas of HR entail and learn more about first-hand experiences of being in the HR field.
