Looking to Hear Perspectives from HR Reps Who Did Not Have Success with Efforts on DEI

With research institutions reporting Team Engagement at an all-time low of "20%", this shows that employees are struggling to accept one another. I aim to minimize their stress, yet to do this, I must understand why initial approaches are not working.

I'm looking to hear perspectives from HR Reps who DID NOT HAVE SUCCESS WITH EFFORTS PUSHING DEI in their companies & organizations. I welcome all comments.
