Book Recommendations for Leadership, Culture, and Collaboration

Hi there everyone !!

If you've been a member of the HR Net for any amount of time, you know I'm an avid reader. I'd love to ask you two things:

What books are on your "go-to" list for areas like Leadership, Culture, and Collaboration?

I have a ton of books to refer to, but I always like hearing from others. You may have some gems I haven't had the chance to check out.

What's on your reading list right now that you just dig ??

I'm always on the hunt for new content. Would love to hear what's grabbing your attention right now.

Thanks - Steve

I just started Claude Silver's "Be Yourself at Work" - she is the Chief Heart Officer at VaynerX. Love her perspective on authenticity and showing up as your truest self. ALSO, love that she acknowledges that some organizations might not be for you, and it's okay to leave if the vibes don't match.

"Move Fast and Fix Things" by Anne Morris and Francis Frei is a great, easy read with a business case for and a practical way to inspire empowerment. And an older one that I like to dust off when doing Leadership and Culture Change work is  "Winning Teams, Winning Cultures" by Larry Sen and Jim Hart. packed with nuances about leadership and culture, and how it can accelerate or slow down strategy and transformation.   Thanks for introducing me to this group @Dr Shari Simpson.
