Jeff Shoskin, Partner with FBT Gibbons, will review various FMLA decisions issued in 2025. He will discuss cases where employers either did not know the law or let emotions drive their decision-making; and also highlight situations where employers correctly implemented the FMLA process but still were sued. In addition, Jeff will review two new DOL opinion letters issued last week and  discuss  FMLA best practices that continue to be cast aside from time to time.
