HR Partners has produced multiple monthly HR Roundtables for over 10 years and due to demand, we are adding 2 new groups! We are adding a group to meet in person in NKY as well as another Virtual group.

Groups are limited to 25 per group, the same people in the same group each month, no more than one person per organization per group, and no competing industries in the same group, in order to maintain an open environment for confidential discussion. Participants must be internal HR professionals or serving in the HR role within an organization. Participants agree to make the meetings a priority, committing to attend 80+% of the time to develop tight relationships. In between meetings, participants regularly email each other for advice and support – all strictly confidential. 

Groups also receive lots of "extras" such as heads-up on upcoming HR issues, full-group (100+ members) weekly digest (ask the full group, confidential), small groups for multi-state employers and users of various payroll services, annual all-group meetings, and more.
