Equipping your workforce to leverage and work with AI

I'm in discussions with our leadership now on how to equip our team to leverage AI throughout our organization.  This is more than just teaching people how to write good prompts. 

We're thinking about how to help our team practice creativity and systems thinking, along with AI tool competency.  We're also considering how to best flow this through the organization.

Is anyone else working on this?  Would love to chat about your thoughts.

    Hi Grace, our Chief Technology Officer is spearheading the company's AI initiatives. I think it started with a small cross-functional committee and has grown from there. We have an AI policy (of course), an online community for sharing ideas and lunch and learns spearheaded by IT. Someone on our team is also getting their AI certification from SHRM for the HR specific lens. I'd love to learn where you are on your journey!

    Hi Grace. I would reach out to Chase Dillingham. He's with Train My Agent.   So they develop Ai agents across the board from the medical industry all the way to oil companie in Texas.  I deal with creativity and AI usage at the office level where it pertains to Ai in the workplace and its usage and application. Chase's company can actually work on Ai agent projects but they are also working on curriculum on how to teach AI agent creation as well as saftey across a company's structure.  I've seen it work best when leadershiop as embraced AI and you have one champion inside the company working with experts outside the company. I hope that helps.
