Jeff Shoskin, Partner with Frost Brown Todd, will review various FMLA decisions issued in 2024.  we will learn how some employers continue to botch their FMLA obligations.  We also will see how some (not all)  employees simply cannot be accountable for their performance/conduct   and try and  use the FMLA as a shield against discharge. For example, an employee is caught on camera stealing Company equipment, is fired, and still will blame his discharge on the FMLA he took 7 months earlier.
