3rd Party Recruiter Contracts
We are in the process of moving the responsibilities of executing agreements between third party recruiters and our organization from Human Resources to Enterprise Vendor Management. I am curious to hear what other companies do.
1. Who is responsible for this process - HR, Vendor Management, Legal etc? What is your process?
2. How long does it take to execute an agreement? What is your turnaround time?
3. Do you sign the 3rd party's agreement or have them sign your agreement?
