Seeking feedback.

My organization has a contract with them that is about to expire. They signed the agreement with the vendor before I joined and I'm being asked if we should renew. 

So far I've seen little to no ROI and my team of 12 recruiters feels indifferent, but I am not married to my thoughts. 

What can you share?
