Developing a Cultural/Wellness Plan for Multiple Locations
(This came to me anonymously from an HR practitioner. - Steve)
We have offices in multiple cities and HR is located at our headquarters. What are some ways/activities/ideas we could incorporate in out cultural/wellness plan in an attempt to bring all of our offices together?
We are struggling with finding an effective and sustainable way to do this. Any brainstorming ideas which could help us boost cultural engagement would be greatly appreciated!
