COVID-19 has disrupted every area of life – including both work and family.  

My organization, Child Care Aware® of America, works to ensure all families have access to high-quality, affordable child care. But since July 2020, 35% of centers and 21% of family child care programs remain closed nationwide. We know this is impacting workplaces, employee retention and our economy overall.
