About the Role
The Talent Development Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing a variety of support activities to the Talent Development team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating a variety of administrative, communication, and logistical services.
Essential Duties
Reporting to the Program Manager, Digital Learning and Technology, the Talent Development Administrative Coordinator will:
- Provide coordination and administration support of Talent Development Team activities.
- Provide support in the administration and management of FirstGroup’s Learning Management System(s).
- Manage and maintain the Talent Development Team Email Inbox including resolving and responding to customer inquiries.
- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of team policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage and maintain the Talent Development SharePoint team site and source files.
- Coordinates multiple projects to ensure timelines are being met.
- Researches information, collects data, and maintains data records to track projects to develop a variety of reports.
- Prepares and distributes a multitude of status reports related to projects and the Learning Management System(s) to a variety of audiences.
- Provide support in the development, review, deployment, and management of training material and initiatives.
- Follow up with learners and managers as needed to ensure completion of required training assignments and provide tracking and reporting to assist in mandatory training assignments.
- Support team goals, objectives, projects, and deadlines.
- Share ideas for process improvement and enhanced efficiencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements for this role
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and eLearning design software (preferably Articulate Storyline).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task with concurrent projects
- Tailor communication effectively to work with diverse populations at all levels internal and external to the organization, verbally and in writing.
- Works effectively in team environments.
- Flexible and adaptable in changing, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to develop a high level of expertise in the administration of Learning Management systems.
- Ability to work within a team structure, collaborating closely with colleagues and operating interdependently to achieve assigned tasks.
