RheoSense, Inc. is a technology company manufacturing advanced scientific instruments located in San Ramon. We are looking for a part time HR staffing consultant for our staffing needs in order to help expand our talented team with the best and meet our rigorous growth targets. We will need to hire talented engineers, sales, manufacturing personnel, and other professionals. The candidate will work with our Operations Manager and will gather staffing needs from each department, write job descriptions, post and maintain job postings through various job posting platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and more. The consultant will also be expected to conduct general interviews (phone and in person post COVID 19) and background check to screen and test applicants to determine their skill sets and individual characteristics to match our staffing needs.
