Would like to know if anyone knows of a person or vendor that provides interviewer training using video or some other type of experiential component to the content?

A colleague is looking for a training that gives participants an opportunity to evaluate a candidate with the specific goal of encouraging structured interviews and strong note taking. They would want to eventually package it with their training.
