Working as a part of the Crocs Ohio Distribution Center (OHDC) HR Team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for forging partnerships with their assigned team to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the goals of the distribution center. This role is targeted for the 2nd shift, which operates Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 430am. It is expected that there may be additional training and/or meetings outside of the targeted shift.
