Paylocity Feedback

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I would appreciate receiving feedback from anyone who is currently using or has used Paylocity in the past.  And it would be especially helpful to have information on how a conversion from ADP to Paylocity went.  Thank You!

  • George - I think they have a strong payroll system, but definitely need improvement on their HRMS system and service. We've been with them for 5 years and I don't think their service has kept up with their growth. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email me at agerber@wipaire.com.

    George,

In one of my past jobs due to an issue with a different payroll company, we had a limited time to switch companies. They were able to get our payroll transitioned in one month with no impact to the employees. The employees found the system much easier to use than our previous systems that we worked with.  During our implementation, I had some questions and our specialist was answering them But would be unavailable the next day.  I had made some small talk and then I found out she was out of country visiting family, but still working flawlessly. She was amazing.
Happy to share more of our experience, if you want, feel free to let me know.

  • George we switched from ADP (we strongly disliked it) to Paylocity and really like. I've found that our connection with them is as strong as we want it. They are very responsive to our needs and questions. I actually visited the head quarters and met with the implementation team and CEO. I highly recommend Paylocity.

Hi George, we implemented paylocity this year (switch from Paycor). There's some limitations but I think overall our employees have found it easy to use (we did benefits enrollment and performance reviews in addition to payroll/hr/onboarding). We have just over 80 employees.

  • George- I'm wondering if you made the switch and, if so, how it went.  We are currently with Paycor and are highly dissatisfied with the customer service provided.  Any insight is appreciated!

  • We just made the switch from Paycor to Paylocity in October.  As expected with any transition there a few issues, but overall it seems to be going well.  I find their customer service to be very prompt and the system is really easy to use.
