Eggleston, a not for profit organization serving those with disabilities, is currently conducting a nationwide search for the position of President.  The President will oversee the day to day operations of our organization which is comprised of 33 business units, covering 22 locations, and has an annual budget of $24 million dollars.  Our business lines range from Vehicle Auctions to Let’s Go! Pet Care in addition but not limited to industrial laundry, food service, landscaping, day support and residential services.  Minimum qualifications to be successful in this position are a Master’s Degree in a related field; demonstrated experience working with internal leadership to execute goals outlined in the organizational strategic plan;  proven track record of results driven leadership with a focus on tactical implementation.  Ideal candidates should have Human Resources, Accounting or Legal experience as part of their career. Work experience with nonprofits is not required but is preferred. This position will report directly to the CEO.
