Looking For Customer Service Training near Blue Ash, OH
My company is looking to set up a customer service training for all of our employees. Preferably someone who can come to us and give us a personal touch, but we aren't opposed to sending the employees to the training, it would just take more coordination. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Erin -- ATD offers a customer service curriculum that is customizable and provides 1/2 day, full day and two-day sessions for you to decide what is best for the employees you are working with.
