Need Assistance on Defining our Company Culture
(This post came to me from a fellow HR practitioner anonymously. - Steve)
I'm looking for recommendations for an outside service to assist me and my company on Defining Culture. We are looking for a 3rd party provider to come in and begin the conversation with our team, develop and assist/direct in the beginning stages. We are located in the Greater Cincinnati area.

A previous company used the OCI culture survey tool to create a baseline culture and "ideal culture". Defining the ideal culture using the tool, seeing the baseline culture after the first survey and seeing the improvement (or not) was fascinating!
