Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• In partnership with CHI Health at Home HR, analyzes trends to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management; coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
• Works closely with management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Provides guidance, input, and helps implement business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.  Equivalent experience may be considered; four years of professional working experience where the skills and abilities needed to perform this job have been demonstrated.
• Three years human resources experience with knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compensation and payroll practices, and federal and state employment laws.  Relevant industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
• Excellent consulting, client management and business literacy skills.
