Greater Cincinnati Compensation and Benefits Association Chapter Meeting - 9/14/16

Using Metrics to Manage the Human Capital Function

Many organizations report an interest in HR and people analytics, but few are actually implementing the capabilities to address complex business and HR needs. Companies have a wealth of data available—financial and non-financial—that can and should drive decisions, such as:

  • What is the most effective way to use data to drive your health and productivity strategy?
  • How can you use data to confirm your strategy is effective?

Join us for a panel discussion that addresses these questions, and more, from different perspectives:

  • The Consultant perspective will be provided by Sandra Loyal, from Willis Towers Watson.
  • The Employer perspective will be provided by Margo Baumgardner and Rikki Amburgey, from Macy’s Inc., and
  • The Vendor perspective will be provided by Karen Crone, from Paycor.
