Re: Part-time employer contribution cost In 2022, we began offering PTO accruals to staff regularly scheduled 20-31 hours per week. It is earned at half of what our full-time staff earn.

Re: On-call Pay Program Examples We provide emergency 24 hour service for mobility issues. We do something similar with our respiratory techs as well. Hope this helps.

Re: PTO accrual policy Our current policy; however, in 2022 we are allowing .5-.8 FTEs to earn PTO at half of the full timers. We are also changing our max to 300 hours no matter what accrual tier they are in.
