I'm a recent college graduate of the University of Cincinnati. I graduated in 2016 with a B.A. of Organizational Leadership--Human Resources Track. I Also have an Associate's in Business Management--Real Estate Sales, and have my Ohio Real Estate License.

I've been at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati since November 2014 where I began as an HR Assistant. Since December 2015 I've been an HR Generalist.

I look forward to utilizing this site to gain other's perspectives on the HR industry, and provide my insight of the non-profit world too!
