I have over 30 year’s successful human resources experience including both the public and private sectors. Credentials include a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, both from Eastern Michigan University. I have been a SPHR certified since 2000. Am a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) which I use in team building, communication skill workshops, and leadership development.
My passion is making people and organizations successful through the best human resource practices, team building, change management, leadership practices, coaching, performance management systems, and working to improve interpersonal/customer service skills. I love boating on Torch Lake, golfing, tennis, old trucks and convertibles!
