After 20+ years working in corporate communications for three Fortune 500 companies, I changed careers and launched my coaching firm - Trek Executive Coaching. I've been coaching full time since 2009 and am passionate about sharing my experience and university-certified coaching toolkit with mid-to senior level executives through 1:1 coaching. In 2014 I brought executive coaching to young professionals with my group coaching program, Trek Leadership Cafe. I've worked as an internal and external coach with executive coaching certifications from Miami U. and Case Western Reserve U. I've designed several creative, cost-effective models for delivering coaching that are aligned with business objectives. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, photography and taking my therapy dog (a golden retriever named "Robert) to hospitals, schools and nursing homes.
