For most of my career, I have thrived in fast-paced transformation and turnaround settings within the retail sector. That changed in February when my company went through a large reorganization and consequently, my position was eliminated. So I got busy and obtained my SHRM-SCP, expanded my network, co-facilitated some fireside chats for undergraduates, and improved my personal health, resulting in a feature on Good Morning America!
