PTO Policy Design & Bereavement Leave

I don't know how ours was originally set but our max accrual is 1040 hours. It used to be 2080 hours!! There is no use it or lose it rule for ours. I think that kind of goes against what PTO is…

Re: Transition from annual PTO dump to bi-weekly accrual
I am not sure exactly how they handled the transition because I wasn't here yet but I believe they started the accruals and then gave so much time to use the remaining vacation they had before PTO.…
