Recommendations for Recruiting Partner?

Hello!

I'm looking for a 3rd party recruiting partner who can help us find Sales Talent.  Would prefer a company that focuses on recruiting for Sales Talent and has a good presence in the Midwest US. (Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis)

    Hey Grace. Hope you are doing well. So proud of your career progression! I’m curious if you are focused on outside or inside sales and how you generally approach compensation. I’d also like to understand whether it’s a quantity or quality issue you are most concerned about.

    • Greg Dolby  Hi Greg!  Always good to hear from you! I attribute a lot of my growth to your support early on.

      Our focus is outside sales and our compensation would be a combination of base and variable (commission).  We aren't looking for a large volume of hires.  Our current need is for one person to reach customers in the Fort Wayne, IN area.  We've got one 3rd party engaged right now and they have successfully helped us place a sales business developer in the Columbus market with experience in the packaging industry. Hoping for a second hire of someone with packaging experience.
