Tara,
I would highly recommend using Mutual of America. They are our 401K provider and are headquarters are out of NYC though they do business in all states. Where are you? I have been working with them for over 15 years and brought them in to my new employer last year also. They will hold your hand through the entire process and beyond. Anytime you need help with something they are there. I suggest you give Janet Koblen, VP a call at 619-544-0860 http://www.mutualofamerica.com . She is out of the SanDiego office but can work with you anywhere. Let her know Cynthia Dobek referred you. Also their fees are very low and they have a variety of funds, theirs and others for employees to chose from. They have an easy online system to use and are always just a phone call away, not an automated system or someone that does not know you by name. They also visit in person and take care of all the initial enrollments. Call you wont regret it! Cynthia 702-215-5181 if you have questions for me.
