Attention: Anyone who works in, or hires for HRIS roles! I would love your opinion on my question. Thanks in advance!

I am desperately trying to break into the HRIS world and I need advice.  I have submitted the attached resume over 100x and crickets, just crickets.  From my perspective, my resume clearly demonstrates that I have the skills to learn any platform very quickly and contribute instantly.

Again, that is my perspective.  I am dumbfounded about this.  The only thing I can think of is a recruiter reads the first job listed (last job worked in) in which I was a Robotic Process Automation Developer and thinks, "why did this guy apply".  I am certified on the automation platform UiPath.  I know this means nothing to most of you, which leads me to think that Recruiters do not read further and not notice that I:

-Have worked as an HR Generalist for approximately 13 years

-Have a BS from the University of Cincinnati in HR Management

-Have worked in a HR / Tech fusion role for The Kroger Co.

-Have enrolled and graduated from a 13-week coding bootcamp and learned 10 different programming languages.  To graduate, I had to build a full functioning web application.

-Clearly indicates that I am proficient in SQL (I believe that is a necessary skill in most HCMs to generate ad-hoc reports).

-Received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.  I was responsible for entry control into what was at the time the most secure, technically advanced nuclear weapon storage area.  Why does this matter?  Character and I learned invaluable communication and teamwork skills.

I imagine another concern a recruiter may have is the interestingly long gaps between the last couple of my jobs in which I have a clear explanation to help anyone understand.

The last thing I can surmise that a recruiter may think is that it has been a minute since I have worked in HR.  While there have been some changes to federal, state, and local employment laws in the last few years, I am 1000% positive I can get caught up in a couple of days.

I can't believe that a Recruiters overlook the fact that I have developed a huge inventory of whatever you want to call it, people skills, soft skills, whatever.  I have been involved in a TON of tricky situations as an HR Generalist and the skills I learned addressing those situations are priceless.

Here is my LI profile, maybe there is something I don't see on it.  idk🤣 -

I KNOW I can contribute in a thousand separate ways.  Thanks for any advice or suggestions again.
