Ken Artz is currently the owner and operator of Spectrum Business Consulting, LLC, a Human Resource & Business Management consulting firm. He is a seasoned professional who draws upon 25+ years of experience largely with Procter & Gamble and Amazon to consult in the areas of Strategic Planning, Learning and Development, Organization Performance, and Human Capital Management. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and began his career as a Process Engineer with P&G before transitioning into an extensive series of Operations Management and Human Resources roles. He has held Operational and HR leadership positions in a variety of business units ranging from 25-1,000 associates across multiple industries covering the Product Supply spectrum. He has worked in the Papermaking, Household Cleaning Products, Industrial Chemicals, Fragrance Compounding, Power and Steam Generation, Training Systems and Distribution/Fulfillment/e-Commerce sectors. He holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR Human Resource certifications and has conducted certification exam prep training classes for business professionals through the GCHRA program for the past 5 years. His specialty topics have included HR Competencies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, Employee and Labor Relations and focused exam prep. Barb McMahan is the founder of Atticus Consulting, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in partnering with executives and professionals across multiple industries and countries. Barb specializes in building women’s leadership skills, developing effective teams, delivering training and facilitating organizational change. She recently became certified in mindfulness, which is a personal passion. Barb has consulted in corporate and non-profit sectors, as well as higher education. She has worked domestically and internationally with organizations such as GE, LPGA Tour, the University of Michigan and Johnson & Johnson. She served on the faculty at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, as well as the University of Cincinnati. Barb has worked with Fortune 500 organization’s affinity groups to promote inclusion and diversity. She is currently partnering with the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce to coach female executives through their WE Lead program. She has three grown sons and lives in Cincinnati with her husband, their golden retriever, Ada and their kitten, Charlie. Erica Parker is the Head of US Employee Relations for LexisNexis where she leads a team of employee relations professionals supporting 13,000 employees in North America. She holds her B.S.B.A in Human Resources and Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. In addition, she has her MBA in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a certified facilitator with Zenger Folkman and Development Dimensions International, Inc. Erica has 15 years of Human Resources experience ranging from high volume recruiting, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner to HR Leadership. She resides in Loveland, OH with her husband - Aaron, two daughters - Addison and Aubree and their dog Eli. She is a member of Jack and Jill International.
Andrea Watkins is a Business Executive, Licensed Realtor, and Published Author with expertise in human capital strategy, brand/culture building, career coaching, and real estate investing. She has worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, Media, Health Care, Medical Device/Technology, Consumer Goods, Retail and Financial Services. Currently, serving as an HR Executive with a Global Medical Technology company where she is developing people strategies to enable sustainable revenue growth. Over the last four years as an SHRM Instructor, she has contributed to the development of other leaders in business by facilitating the HR certification preparation course through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) to enhance the competency of HR professionals. She has 15 years of practical experience, holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and Development, Senior Professional Human Resources certification and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. She approaches business with creativity and common sense.
