What do I need to send to employees who have exhausted FMLA?
All the required forms prior to the leave and designation notice have been provided but I didn't know if there was anything I need to provide once exhausted. The employee has returned to work but still continues to have medical issues due to pregnancy complications.

Hi, you will need to conduct what is called "the interactive process" with the employee to determine if you can offer an accommodation. The accommodation may be a leave of absence or reduced hours. Give her a copy of her job description with the hours of work and the physical requirements and let the doctor respond to what she can and cannot do.
